When we get it wrong, we say so at the top of the story — and we keep the list public.
The policy
A correction runs when we published something factually wrong. It appears at the top of the corrected story with the date, in a marked box — not appended quietly at the bottom. Substantive corrections stay on this page permanently.
To request a correction, contact the publisher with the story link and the document, docket entry, or official statement showing the error. Requests that come with a source get fixed fastest — that's not a policy, it's just how checking works.
